Refund Policy

At Hotel Malabar Resorts, we strive to ensure a pleasant and hassle-free experience for all our guests. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair. Please review the following guidelines:

  1. Cancellation Refunds:

    • 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
    • Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will be charged for one night’s stay, with the remaining balance refunded.
  2. Non-Refundable Rates:

    • Some special rates and promotional offers are non-refundable. Please check the terms of your booking confirmation for details on these exceptions.
  3. No-Show Policy:

    • Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice will be charged the full amount of the reservation, with no refund.
  4. Early Departure:

    • In the event of an early departure, guests will be charged for the full length of the original booking, and no refund will be issued for the unused nights.
  5. Refund Processing:

    • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request.
    • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.
  6. Group Bookings:

    • For group bookings of five or more rooms, a separate cancellation and refund policy may apply. Please refer to your group booking agreement for specific terms.
  7. Special Circumstances:

    • In cases of extenuating circumstances such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or travel restrictions, we may offer more flexible cancellation terms. Please contact our reservations team to discuss your situation.
