Standard Reservations:
- 48-Hour Notice: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date will be charged for one night’s stay.
Non-Refundable Rates:
- Bookings made under special non-refundable rates and promotional offers cannot be canceled or refunded. The full amount will be charged at the time of booking.
No-Show Policy:
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date and has not informed the hotel, the entire reservation amount will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
Early Departures:
- Guests who choose to depart earlier than their scheduled check-out date will be charged for the full duration of the original booking, with no refund for the unused nights.
Group Bookings:
- For group reservations of five or more rooms, a different cancellation policy may apply. Please refer to your group booking agreement for specific terms and conditions.
Refund Processing:
- Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original method of payment.
Special Circumstances:
- In cases of unforeseen events such as natural disasters, medical emergencies, or travel restrictions, more flexible cancellation terms may be considered. Please contact our reservations team to discuss your specific situation.
